THESE FUN, HAND CRAFTED,CIGAR BOX PURSES ARE ONE OF A KIND ORIGINALS
They are made from original wooden cigar boxes by local artists, and each are adorned with individual artwork, a corresponding handle and fabric lining. They have been clear coated with a gloss polyurethane to protect the exterior finish and Scotch Guarded to protect the interior lining. To top it off, special custom touches have been added to each purse to complete these beautiful works-of-art. Because these are actual cigar boxes, there may be some small imperfections. They should be used casually, treated with care, and are not recommended for heavy use. We hope you enjoy these fun, little, conversation pieces as much as we enjoyed creating them.

MARILYN.....READY TO DANCE

Marilyn is ready to perform for the ballet, however someone forgot her slippers...whatever will she do! Beautiful black, white and crystal glass beads adorn the handle along with crystal feet and an elegant black and silver tassel to complete her ensemble. Fun black lining with red lips and a matching red lipstick case greet you when you open the purse.

The famous artist, Roy Lichenstein, is known for his folk art. This cute purse has one of his more popular pieces called "Maybe...". A young woman waiting for her man to show , speculating on what's holding him up... Made from a blue, paper lined, wood cigar box...a fitting compliment to your favorite pair of blue jeans or sun dress. The handle is a charming combination of blue and clear glass and gold metal beads w/ a blue tassel. Blue lining with silver stars and blue lipstick case finish off this fun purse.

Think back to "The Old Days" when citrus boxes were at the grocer, holding the most select fruits and veggies...The companies had cute little labels put on their boxes to draw your eye to their product. That's exactly what we've done with this fun purse. It has a "FLO" Citrus Crate Label of a girl sitting on a beach next to a citrus tree...what a refreshing scene. The red tassel and bamboo handle add to the "Tropic" look. Inside bamboo print fabric lining completes the over-all "FLO" of this purse.
